Recently, Ami and Jay have reached into their Indian heritage and Ayurvedic remedies to offer nutritional support for new mothers in their circle. When the couple had their own children, their community of “Indian Aunties” made all manner of foods and beverages to promote their family’s well-being. Using whole, natural, and delicious ingredients, they created bites filled with centuries old tradition and so much love.
