A Cacao Chaos “tasting moment” is meant to delight all of the senses. Your “tasting moment” begins as soon as you see your box of Cacao Chaos chocolate. Using natural, fair-trade and chemical-free packaging materials, attention to aesthetic detail is married with responsible decision making.
Staining
Jay developed an all-natural stain for the custom crafted wood boxes. Using fair-trade coffee as a base and hand-staining each box, the aroma of the wood is meant to energize your senses as you open your box of chocolate.
Tamper proof seal
We combine our adventurous palates with skills in chocolate work and hold Cacao Chaos and ourselves to a high standards of food safety. In designing a tamper-proof and food-safe sealing mechanism, we decided to use natural wax to create a breakable seal on the boxes.

Branding
Remaining continuous with our commitment to modernizing the old-fashioned, Cacao Chaos uses an old-fashioned branding iron to truly “brand” our boxes. Also, every time Jay uses that custom-crafted branding iron to brand a coffee-stained box, my heart melts a little more.
