South Asian scents, spices and colors bring vivacity to life and food. Cacao Chaos explores this vibrancy in the most unexpected form - caramels, ganaches and chocolate bringing happy disruption to your tastebuds. 

We (Jay & Ami) draw inspiration from our shared South Asian heritage filled with childhood memories of lovingly prepared “masala milk”, bowls and bowls of mango “raas” served with dried ginger, sneaking “pani puri” from street side vendors among others. We experiment with the same spice, fruit and nut flavor profiles used in our families for generations with a skilled chocolatier-ing twist! 

Reimagining these profiles into ganaches and caramels, pairing chocolate and creating aesthetically elegant designs, at Cacao Chaos we endeavor to make our chocolate look as delicious as we know they taste!
